STAYING DEDICATED

Took a Muay Thai class today the kicked my butt and i wanted to just come home and recovery, but there is that thought in the back of my mind constantly reminding me of why i am doing all this training-London 2012.  
On my way home, i stopped at the track and did my fast one mile.  Funny how my legs (my body) felt like i had not worked out at all.

At the ended of it all, i remained consistent and focus!
