What would happen if we removed or forgot all our fears, limitations, past failures? Where and who would we be? FREE!

I believe nothing would be impossible to accomplish and no dream to big to dream.  We would be like the soaring eagle, untamed stallion or the fearless lion-all masters of their domain.

EVERY BIT COUNTS

i went to bed a 3 am this morning and had to be up by 9 for an appointment.  I can sure feel the fatigue now after doing 700 reps on abs, hamstrings and running 3/4 of a mile.  Just got in from the gym, so its coffee and french toast for me followed by PVC  pipe roller and ice.

STAYING DEDICATED

Took a Muay Thai class today the kicked my butt and i wanted to just come home and recovery, but there is that thought in the back of my mind constantly reminding me of why i am doing all this training-London 2012.  
On my way home, i stopped at the track and did my fast one mile.  Funny how my legs (my body) felt like i had not worked out at all.

At the ended of it all, i remained consistent and focus!

i am excited that i was able to reconnect with my track former coach.  This guy had me in the best shape of my life.  I am really looking forward to the workouts and working harder than i did in 2004.

PLAN OR GOAL-just stop procrastinating and stop making excuses!

Either way, just begin! I decided i wanted to compete in 2012 Olympics in London.  I came really close in 2004 only battle 104 degree fever and severe tonsilitis. In 2008, i got hurt and need reconstructive surgery on my left shoulder and as of today, i am in the best of spirit and health ever.
So, i am going for it!   Decided a month ago to compete- starting wt was 213 and i am now 197.  Goal wt 187!  What else have i done?  I have been consistently running a mile plus a day, rolling on a PVC pipe (graduated from the foam roller) and doing 600-1000 reps a day on abs/core.

Whats next? Looking for sponsors like PUMA (absolutely love the brand) and supplement company.  In October and November, decrease mileage and incorporate more sprint work, plyos and weights.  i cant wait! :)
